Why should I choose pay-by-the-month for web design?

There’s lots of reasons! But cost of entry into the market is a major hurdle when starting a business. Web Alliance helps mitigate one of the main, and essential costs for anyone starting a business. Also, by paying the same amount each month, you know what to budget for. You can keep the majority of your cashflow, while having peace of mind that your website is taken care of. Plus, you don’t need to do without those website features essential for your business, simply because you don’t have the budget right now.

Is there a setup fee?

No, there are no setup fees for any of our web plans. We simply take your first monthly payment to commence building your website.

How long are your contracts?

There is an initial 12-month contract, then a rolling monthly contract will come into effect for the life of the website.

Is there any discount for a yearly service?

Yes, absolutely! If you pay your subscription annually upfront, and receive one month free.

Do I need my own web host?

No. All plans include secure and premium high speed website hosting.

I already have a domain name, can I still get a pay-monthly website?

Yes, of course. If you don’t need us to provide you with a new domain name, we can instead cover the cost of your domain transfer. Once transferred, we’ll manage and renew your existing domain for you.

What if I want to cancel my service?

After your initial 12-month contract, you are free to cancel at anytime. Once cancelled your Web Alliance account will be deactivated and your website will be taken offline and your email accounts will no longer work.

If you require your files to be transferred to another web host please advise upon cancellation.

How soon can the website be up and running?

We aim to complete your website within two weeks, subject to having all of your content supplied to us. If you prefer to have your website content written for you by us, this timeline and costs may vary.

Can I upgrade my plan later on?

Of course! Simply contact us and request an upgrade to your plan.

Can I make changes to my website?

All website plans include ongoing updates and support. Changes will be made by us within 24-72 hours upon request. Alternatively, you may want to make website changes yourself via our Content Management System (CMS).

What do I need to have ready for my website to be built?
To get started, we simply need to have your logo, any photos you want to use and all written content. If needed, we can support with any of these at an additional cost.
